The Danish band Press Play on Tape have been playing Commodore 64 game music for quite a few years now. Recently, they upped the ante by using (mostly current) game controllers to do so. Instead of dancing to the beat, the Yamaha BODiBEAT beats to your dance. That is, it monitors your pulse and your speed (I wonder how it does that) and presents you songs with just the right pace to match your rhythm. At just under 300 dollars for a meager 512MB storage space, it does sound awfully pricey to me, but the machine does allow you to download your training stats on to your PC and analyze your workout stats.
